This world shall pass

and all that goes on here shall pass too

the little boys of today

will become grey haired tomorrow

the flowers that adorn the garden today

There were some cute butterflies kissing the dry blades of grass; busy in an unending chase. In the west, rocks opened into a vast gate of sand stretching to the upside-down wave of mountains. Sun was hanging a few inches above that brown wave. I sat on the sand and watched the yellow disc gradually disappearing behind the distant mountains. Angels hurried down from the heavens and covered the sky with an amethyst sheet.
